The Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces visits the incident area of the "Salang Tunnel"

Qari Fasihuddin “Fetrat” chief of staff of the armed forces of the Islamic Emarate accompanied by the military and local officials to visit the “Salang” where the recent tragic incident happened. 

The Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, while visiting the area, expressed his condolences and sympathies to the victims of this incident and he appreciated the Islamic Emarate Army including the rescue, health, engineering and fire teams, who have made many efforts and they did not hesitate any effort to help and reopen this highway since the beginning of this incident happened til now. 

Meanwhile, The Chief of Staff of the army asked the drivers of this highway to follow the traffic rules and prevent the recurrence of such natural accidents.
