Asadullah Khalid Acting Ministry Of National Defense Visits The Balkh Province!

Asadullah Khalid - Acting Minister of Defense and General Scott Miller - Commander of NATO’s Resolute Support mission in Afghanistan visited Balkh today.

In this visit, they met with General Haibatullah Alizai of 209 Shaheen Corps and General Mohammad Ali Yazdani of 217 Pamir corps and instructed them on measures for improvement of security conditions.

The Acting Minister met with ANA members in the 209 Shaheen Corps and heard about their challenges directly.

He appreciated the bravery of the defense and security forces and commended them for their recent achievements.

The Minister also visited Rawza-e-Mubarak in Mazar-e-Sharif.
