ANDSF retakes control of Jaghato district of Ghazni
2nd phase, as a result of Mobeen operation, on yesterday Afghan National Defense and Security Forces have begun operation with the support of Air Forces in the north of Ghani province, Jaghato district of Ghazni province was cleared and freed from Taliban terrorist presence after two years.
As a result of this operation, the large number of planted IEDs were defused and enemies suffered heavy casualties, the exact number would be shared later on.
The taking control of the Jaghato district paved the way for access to the provincial center of the districts of Malestan, Jaghori, Ajiristan, and Nawur.
The country's Defense and Security Forces are determined to provide security and protect the lives and property of Afghanistan people and assure security to the honorable people of Jaghato district.
It's mentionable, “Mobeen operation” begun in the three-phase in Ghazni province on the date (12 Senbulah) or 3rd September current year.
The two past phases of “Mobeen operation” were successfully completed and the third phase of these operations will be continuing anti-terrorism operations for providing security in highway number 1 in Ghazni province.
“Mobeen Operation " has been commended in honor of the sacrifices & hard work of martyr Brigadier General Abdul Mobeen Mahbati, commander of 3rd brigade, 203rd Thunder corps in Ghazni and it poisoned to his name.
