Enemies suffer heavy causalities in Helmand

Kabul-Afghanistan: Based on intelligence reports, Afghan Special Forces conducted a clearing operation in order to remove security threats posed by enemies in Sayed Muhammad Kelai, Haidar Abad and Shorgin villages, Sangin district, Helmand province.

During the operation, 21 terrorists were killed, 4 were wounded and some rounds of weapon and ammo destroyed as well. Fortunately, the operation ended successfully and no ANA causality reported.

Afghan National Army Forces, as the nation’s defense forces, are fighting to bring security to the people, and are determined to eradicate terror groups in Afghanistan and eliminate their insurgence network.
