47 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul-Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 8 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations, conducted 71 Commandos Special operations and Afghan Air Forces carried out 24 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, destroying the enemy’s sanctuaries in the different parts of the country.

As a result, 47 insurgents including a Pakistani mine maker were killed, 8 were wounded and 8 were detained.

Ghazni- 19 insurgents including a Pakistani mine maker were killed, 10 were wounded, amount of weapons & ammunition were seized, 10 RPG bullets, 3000 M-240 bullets, 20 endurance mine, 2 round of anti-tank IED, 8 mine plate, 2 IED remote control, 25 kind of fireworks and 500 meter cabal were destroyed on area in airstrikes & response attacks in Dehyak, Qarabagh districts and Nowghai village of capital.  

Helmand- 11 insurgents were killed, 5 suspects were arrested, amount of weapons & ammunition were confiscated and 1 motorbike was destroyed in airstrikes & clearing operation in Nad Ali and Nawzad districts.

Kunduz- 6 insurgents were killed, 2 were wounded and 6 rounds of IED were discovered & defused in clearing operation and response attacks in Char Dara district and vicinities of capital.

Badghis- 4 insurgents were killed and 1 hideout was destroyed in airstrikes in Bala Murghab district.

Zabul- 3 insurgents were killed and 3 were wounded in response attacks in Arghandab district.

Farah- 2 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded and 7 rounds of IED were discovered & defused in an airstrike and clearing operation in Poshtrod district.

Uruzgan- 2 insurgents were killed and 7 rounds of IED were discovered & defused in clearing operation in Talani, Khakrez Turezay, Haji-yahan Kali and Yak langa areas of capital.

Nimruz- 3 insurgents were detained in ANA Special Forces operation in Khashrod district.
