Funeral Ceremony of Martyred Col. Nuristani and Martyred Lt Col. Katawazi Held in Kabul! 

The Funeral Ceremony of Colonel. Abdul Basir Nooristani, Chief of Staff of 207 Zafar Army Corps, 3rd Brigade, and Lieutenant Colonel. Ahmad Khan Katawazi, Chief of Staff of the 3rd Battalion, was held with the presence of Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Gen. Mohammad Yasin Zia, Directors and Chiefs, Generals and Officers of the Ministry of National Defense and relatives of the martyred, at Sardar Mohammad Daud Khan hospital.

Gen. Mohammad Yasin Zia praised Col. Nooristani and L Colonel Katawazi's dedication and achievements and conveyed condolences to their families. He said that the two officers were martyred defending Afghans and protecting Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces pledged that the Afghan National Army's leadership will always stand by the families of ANDSF's martyred.
