First Deputy Minister of Defense meets with the Deputy head of the European Union delegation to Afghanistan!

The First Deputy Ministry of National Defense, Shah Mahmood Miakhel, met with the Arnout Pauwels Deputy head of the European Union delegation to Afghanistan, in his office, today.
