Acting Minister of Defense met the members and officers of Special Operations Corps

Asadullah Khalid - Acting Minister of Defense and General Scott Miller - Commander of NATO’s Resolute Support Mission in Afghanistan visited the Special Operations Corps - Commando forces today.

The Acting Minister assessed the security situation with the team and heard directly from the officers and members regarding the challenges they face. He gave instructions on addressing the challenges immediately.

Acting Minister of Defense met the members and officers of Special Operations Corps

The forces were also instructed to take Covid-19 preventative measures seriously and follow applicable health advisories in this regard seriously.

Asadullah Khalid and Scott Miller commended the bravery of the forces and expressed appreciation towards their sacrifices and achievement in protecting the people against the enemies of Afghanistan.
