50 Taliban insurgents including one of their commanders were killed in Helmand province!

In the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces acting based on their active defense posture, conducted preemptive operations with support from the Afghan Air Forces in outskirts of the Lashkargah provincial center, Nawa, Garmsir, and Nad Ali districts of Helmand province.
50 Taliban insurgents including Abdul Salaam one of the Taliban commanders were killed and 8 others were wounded during the preemptive operations of the Afghan National Army and AAF.
Additionally, 8 strongholds, 10 weapons & ammunition, vehicles, and a large number of Taliban remote control rockets (RPG) were destroyed.
