ANDSF are advancing in Farah Province!

Kabul-Afghanistan- Afghan National Defense and Security Forces in continuation of “Bakhtawar Operation” in Farah province, carried out an airstrike on Taliban warehouse in Qala Kah district that killed 5 Talib terrorist.  

During the operation till yet, whole the villages and outskirts of the Farah city and several other villages in Balabulok and Qala Kah districts were cleared from Taliban terrorist presence, and the Afghan Forces built checkpoints and bases to prevent the re-infiltrating of terrorists and protecting the people in these areas.

In this operation, the Taliban suffered heavy casualties, several prominent and key Taliban men were killed and some others were wounded.  

During the Bakhtawar Operation, the large number of weapons & ammunition were seized by Government Forces and also dozens rounds of IEDs which planted in the way of people's routes were discovered and defused.

The operations are continuing intensifying in Qala Kah, Shib Koh and Anar Dara districts of the Farah province and Afghan Forces are advancing.
