Deputy Minister of National Defense meets with his Turkish counterpart!

Munira Yusufzada, Deputy Ministry of National defense for Education and Personnel met and discussed with Yunus Emre Karaosmanoğlu, Turkey Deputy Defense Minister for Education and Personnel, and some commanders of Turkey Educational center in Ankara city.
In this meeting, both sides discussed the achievements and challenges of the Afghan National Army based in Turkey, the treatment of injured Afghan National Army currently in Turkey hospitals and the continuation of strategic cooperation in the areas of education.
Meanwhile, Deputy Minister of National Defense and Turkey Deputy Minister of Defense emphasized to modify the training and therapeutic agreements between the Ministries of Defense of the two countries.
According to the agreement, some Afghanistan National Army Forces are participating for the first time in the 2020 international military exercises in Turkey and to demonstrate their military and combat capabilities.
It’s mentionable that, the Ministry of National Defense received 700 scholarships (long-term, mid-term and short-term) and 100 medical services in Turkey country, in 2019.
