20 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul-Afghanistan- In the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces conducted 14 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 3 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 12 provinces of the country, as a result, 20 Insurgents were killed, 5 were wounded and 6 suspects were detained.

Kunar- 6 ISIS-K insurgents were killed in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Sokay District.

Helmand- 5 insurgents were killed, 1 wounded, 2 suspects were arrested, moreover 1 position was destroyed in ANDSF Joint Special Operation and airstrikes carried by Afghan Air Forces in Nahar Saraj & Marja districts.

Uruzgan- 3 insurgents were killed, 4 communication tunnel, 50 kg explosives were destroyed and 2 rounds of IEDs were recovered & defused in Joint Special Operation  conducted by ANDSF in province capital.

Herat- 3 insurgents were killed and 2 others were wounded in ANDSF retaliatory attack in response to enemy attack in Shindan district.

Faryab- 2 insurgents were killed and 2 others were wounded during ANDSF retaliatory attack in response to enemy offensives in Qaysar district.

Zabul- one insurgent was killed and 4 vehicles were destroyed in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Tazer area of the Shah Joy district.

Khost- 4 suspects were arrested in Joint Special Operation conducted by ANDSF in Sabari district.
