34 Insurgents Were Killed!    

Kabul-Afghanistan- In the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces conducted 13 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 5 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 12 provinces of the country, as a result, 34 Insurgents were killed, 11 were wounded and 3 suspects were arrested.

Helmand- 14 insurgents were killed, 3 wounded, 3 suspects were arrested, amount of weapons & ammunition were seized, moreover 3 motorbikes and a command center of the Taliban was destroyed and 3 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in Joint Special Operation  and airstrikes carried by Afghan Air Forces in Nahar Saraj and Nad Ali  districts.

Uruzgan- 9 insurgents were killed, 3 hideouts, 2 cache of weapons & munitions were destroyed and 7 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in Joint Special Operation and an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in vicinity of the province capital.

Zabul- 6 insurgents were killed in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Tarnak WA Jaldak districts.

Badghis- 5 insurgents were killed and 4 others wounded in ANDSF retaliatory attack in Muqur district.

Balkh- 4 insurgents were wounded in ANDSF retaliatory attack in response to enemy in Nahr-e Shahi district
