India provided two types of medicine to the Afghan Ministry of Defense to assist in the treatment of Covid-19 patients

India has assisted the Afghan Ministry of Defense with two types of medicine to help with the treatment of Covid-19 patients.

Indian Ambassador to Kabul, Mr. Vini Kumar met with the Acting Defense Minister, General Asadullah Khalid today. He expressed that India is committed to continue assisting Afghanistan in various areas, including the peace process.

Meanwhile, Acting Minister of Defense, General Asadullah Khalid, called India a good friend of Afghanistan and emphasized that the Afghan Government and people appreciate India’s assistance in various fields.

General Asadullah Khalid also said that the coronavirus has posed a serious threat to the region and the world, and called for a joint fight against this menace.
