Acting Ministry of National Defense meets with Australia Ambassador to Kabul!
Asadullah Khalid, acting Ministry of National Defense met and discussed in his office with Mr. Geoff Tooth the Ambassador of Australia to Kabul, today afternoon.
In this meeting, both sides discussed the security situation in Afghanistan, the peace process and continued Australia cooperation.
Mr. Khalid praised the Australia contributions in the financial sector, Afghan Security Forces training and the Australian troops' mission in Afghanistan.
In the meantime, the Australian ambassador appreciated the role of Afghan National Defense and Security Forces in securing the elections, stressing that his country would continue to assist Afghanistan.
