28 Taliban terrorists were killed in Kandahar province!

Afghan National Defense and Security Forces under their active defense posture, conducted preemptive operations in the vicinity of Arghandab and Zheria districts of Kandahar province, last night.

28 Taliban were killed and 14 others were wounded during the preemptive operations of the Afghan National Army.

They were planning to attack ANDSF positions when they were targeted by Afghan National Army.

Additionally, 2 strongholds, 1 hideout, and some amount of their ammunition and weapons were destroyed.

17 IEDs were placed by the Taliban on public roads to kill the military personnel and civilian people in the vicinity of the Maiwand district, were discovered and defused by Afghan National Army.
