45 Insurgents Were Killed!

Kabul-Afghanistan- In the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces conducted 18 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 20 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 15 provinces of the country, as a result, 45 Insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded and 10 suspects were detained.

Helmand- 16 insurgents were killed, 2 were wounded, 10 suspects were arrested, 1 cache of weapons & ammunition and 1 hideout were destroyed in in airstrikes carried by Afghan Air Forces and clearing operation conducted by ANDSF in Desho and Nahar Saraj districts.

Kandahar- 11 insurgents were killed in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Shorabak, Maiwand and Arghistan districts.

Balkh- 7 insurgents were killed in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Dawlat, Shortepa and Chamtal districts.

Uruzgan- 3 insurgents were killed and another wounded in airstrikes carried by Afghan Air Forces in the Surkh Murghab area of province capital.

Ghazni- 3 insurgents were killed in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Dehyak district.

Zabul- 2 insurgents were killed and 4 hideouts were destroyed in ANDSF retaliatory attack in response to enemies attack in Arghandab and Azghar districts.

Kapisa- 2 insurgents were killed in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Nijrab district.

Laghman- one insurgent was killed and 1 vehicle was destroyed in in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Qarghayi district.
