44 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 15 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 7 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 11 provinces of the country, as a result, 44 Insurgents were killed, 5 were wounded and another suspect was detained.

Zabul- 14 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Jaldak district.

Wardak- 7 insurgents were killed and 1 hideout was destroyed in airstrikes in Sayed Abad district.

Paktia- 6 insurgents were killed and 2 motorbikes were destroyed in airstrikes in Zarmat district.

Nimruz- 5 insurgents were killed, 1 detained, 140000 Iranian toman, 690 Afghani, 38000 Pakistani rupee and amount of weapons & ammunition were seized in Joint Special Operation in Khashrod district and Barakzai village of the province capital.

Ghazni- 4 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded, 1 vehicle and amount of weapons & munitions were destroyed in response attacks with support of Air Forces in Dehyak & Gelan districts.

Logar- 3 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Charkh district.

Kandahar- 2 insurgents were killed and 1 motorbike was destroyed in Joint Special Operation in Maiwand district.

Helmand- 2 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Nahar Saraj district.

Faryab- one Taliban red unit group leader was killed, 2 were wounded and 1detector device with a battery was confiscated in Joint Special Operation in Shireen Tagab district.
