31 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 18 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 15 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 12 provinces of the country, as a result, 31 Insurgents were killed, 13 were wounded and another was detained.

Herat- 10 insurgents were killed and 1 vehicle was destroyed in artillery attacks and airstrikes in Pashtun Zarghoun & Shindan districts.

Kunduz- 7 insurgents were killed and 8 were wounded in response attacks in Dasht-e Archi district.

Helmand- 5 insurgents were killed, 1 vehicle, 11 rounds of different kind of IEDs and 1 fighting position were destroyed in airstrikes and Commando Forces operation in Marja district and Lashkargah city.

Kandahar- 3 insurgents including a Taliban local commander were killed, 3 were wounded and 15 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in ANA response attacks in Maiwand district.

Ghazni- 2 insurgents were killed in airstrikes in Dehyak district.

Wardak- 3 insurgents were killed and 2 were wounded in an airstrike in Jalrez district.

Paktikah- one insurgent belong to Haqqani terrorist network was killed and 1 motorbike was destroyed in airstrikes in Sharana, province capital.
