87 Insurgents Were Killed!

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 18 joint offensive & pre planned clearance operations, conducted 91 Commandos special operations and Air Forces carried out 28 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, These operations were conducted in 11 provinces of the country, As a result, 87 Insurgents were killed and 23 were wounded.

Ghazni - 22 insurgents were killed, 12 were wounded, 1 IED facility, 5 vehicles and 19 motorbikes were destroyed in airstrikes & response attacks in Muqur, Andar and Dehyak districts.

Paktikah- 21 insurgents were killed in airstrikes in warmami district. 

Wardak- 16 insurgents were killed in airstrikes in Nirkh district.

Farah- 11 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded in airstrikes in Anar Dara district.

Kunduz- 7 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded and 8 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in Commando Forces clearing operation in Khan Abad district.

Jowzjan- 6 insurgents were killed, 2 motorbikes and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in an airstrike in Qarqin & Qush Tepa districts.

Badghis- 4 insurgents were killed and 4 were wounded in an airstrike and Commando Forces clearing operation in Bala Murghab district.
