Enemies Suffers Heavy Casualties in Badakhshan

Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched clearing operation, in order to provide better security and remove threats posed by the enemy in Jurm and Kuran-Wa Munjan districts of Badakhshan province, As a result of these operations enemies suffered heavy casualties.

These operations were conducted with support of Air Forces, 31 insurgents including Fataullah, a Tajikistani terrorists were killed and 12 were wounded in Jurm district and 19 insurgents including Baba Jan a Taliban local commander were killed, 5 were wounded, 2 hideouts and several enemy fighting positions were destroyed in Kuran WA Munjan district.

In these operations, large areas were cleared from enemies’ presence and the defense & security forces operations are continuing.
