64 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul-Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 7 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations, conducted 71 Commandos Special operations and Afghan Air Forces carried out 34 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, destroying the enemy’s sanctuaries, these operations were conducted in 9 provinces of the country.

As a result, 64 insurgents were killed, 20 were wounded and 6 including 2 Taliban equipment’s supporters were detained in Kabul city.

Uruzgan- 22 insurgents were killed, 5 were wounded, 15 hideouts, 1 depot of weapons & ammunition and 7 motorbikes were destroyed and 11 rounds of IED were discovered & defused in airstrikes & clearing operation in vicinities of capital.

Kandahar- 15 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded and 1 vehicle was destroyed in airstrikes in Shah Walikut and Ghorak districts.  

Balkh- 15 insurgents were killed and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in airstrikes in Sholgara district. 

Herat- 5 insurgents were killed, 2 were wounded and 3 were arrested in ANA Special Forces operation & airstrikes in Shindan and Adar-Iskan districts.

Wardak- 4 insurgents were killed and 3 were wounded in response attacks in Sayed Abad district.

Paktikah- one insurgent was killed and 1 was detained in response attacks in Barmal district.

Kabul- 2 insurgents’, Taliban equipment supporters whom were accused in car bombing attack on dated 14 Jan 2019 in front of National Police, were arrested in ANA Special Forces operation in 9th district of Kabul city.

Ghazni- 6 insurgents were wounded in an airstrike Qarabagh district.
