Government officials and authorities inaugurated a new health center under the Chief of staff Health Command at the former NATO Commanding Center (NKC).

The newly established health center, formerly known as the NATO Command Center (NKC), now features 50-bed ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) and 50-bed dedicated to joint replacement and laser surgeries. It operates under the framework of the Sardar Mohammad Daoud Khan 400-bed Hospital, which is part of the Chief of staff Health Command under the National Defense Ministry. The facility was officially inaugurated today by Alhaj Mullah Abdul Ghani "Baradar," Deputy Economic Prime Minister, Alhaj Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob "Mujahid," Minister of National Defense and Alhaj Qari Mohammad Fasihuddin "Fitrat," Chief of Army Staff.

The Minister of National Defense expressed his appreciation for the staff of the Health Command, saying, "I am deeply grateful to every specialist and doctor dedicated to serving their fellow citizens. We are committed to supporting you with pride. I urge all doctors currently working abroad to return to their homeland and contribute to serving their people."

Additionally, the Acting Minister of National Defense confidently stated that this hospital will provide improved healthcare services from 4 PM to 8 PM (4 hours), offering special discounts to the general public and patients. At the end of the event, certificates of appreciation were awarded to specialists in complex surgeries, and assurances were given for any necessary collaboration with them.
