33 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul-Afghanistan- In the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces conducted 16 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 6 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 12 provinces of the country, as a result, 33 Insurgents were killed and 6 others were wounded.

Kandahar- 16 insurgents were killed, 2 vehicles and 4 motorbikes were destroyed in airstrikes carried by Afghan Air Forces in Maiwand district.

Kunduz- 6 insurgents were killed in airstrikes carried by Afghan Air Forces in Dasht- Archi district.

Balkh- 5 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in ANA clearing operation and artillery attack in Shortepa, Dawlat Abad and Balkh districts.

Ghazni- 2 insurgents were killed and 2 others were wounded in clearing operation conducted by ANDSF in Kabul-Ghazni highways.

Herat- 2 insurgents were killed in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Deh-Ghulam area of the Zahwal district.

Laghman- one insurgent was killed and another wounded in ANDSF retaliatory attack in response to enemy in Alingar District.

Helmand- one insurgent was killed in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Mirmando village of the Nahar Saraj district.
