105 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 22 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 8 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 16 provinces of the country, as a result, 105 Insurgents were killed, 12 were wounded and 4 were detained.

Ghor- 58 insurgents were killed in airstrikes carried by Air Forces in Dawlat Yar district.

Ghazni- 27 insurgents were killed, 7 were wounded, 1 vehicle, amount of weapons & ammunition were seized and 1 round of IED was discovered & defused clearing operation conducted by ANA with support of Air Forces in Muqur district & province capital.

Helmand- 7 insurgents were including Mawlavi Naseem a Taliban local commander were killed and 1 fighting position was destroyed in clearing operation conducted by Commando Forces with support of Air Forces in Nad Ali district and Lashkargah city.

Farah- 7 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded and 2 fighting positions were destroyed in an airstrike carried by Air Forces in Qala Kah district.

Paktikah- 2 insurgents were killed, 1 wounded and 4 were arrested, amount of weapons & munitions were seized in clearing operation conducted by ANDSF with support of Air Forces in Barmal and Khair Kut districts.

Nangarhar- 2 insurgents were killed, amount of weapons & ammunition were confiscated and 1 depot of munitions were destroyed in clearing operation conducted by ANDSF in Khogyani district.

Nimruz- one insurgent was killed and another was wounded, 2 vehicles, amount of weapons & ammunition were seized and 4 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in response attacks in Delaram district.

Balkh- one insurgent was killed in an airstrike carried by Air Forces in Nahar-e Shahi district.
