43 Insurgents Were Killed!

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 13 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 18 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 9 provinces of the country, as a result, 43 Insurgents were killed, 10 were wounded and 7 suspects were detained.

Zabul- 16 insurgents were killed, 3 motorbikes and amount of weapons & ammunition were seized in airstrikes & response attacks in Jaldak & Mizan districts.

Kunduz- 11 insurgents were killed, 1 wounded and 3 hideouts were destroyed in an airstrike in Dasht Archi & Imam Sahib districts.

Logar- 4 insurgents were killed and 1 motorbike was destroyed in an airstrike in Baraki Barak and Charkh districts.

Kapisa- 3 insurgents were killed, 5 were wounded and 1 suspect detained in Commando Forces response attacks in Tagab district.

Herat- 3 insurgents were killed and 2 were wounded in Commando Forces clearing operation in Zahwal district.

Helmand- 3 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Nahar Saraj district.

Paktia- 2 insurgents were killed and 2 were wounded in an airstrike in Zarmat district.

Paktikah- one insurgent was killed in an airstrike in Barmal District.

Farah- 6 suspects were arrested in Joint Special Operation in Mazar village, province capital.
