Statement of Ministry of National Defense, regarding the collapse of a military Helicopter in Balkh!

The MI-17 Helicopter belonged to Afghan Air Forces, it crashed in during the training flights and technical issues around 5:30 pm today.

As a result of this incident, all the 7 occupants including 4 pilots were martyred, the helicopter collapsed due to technical issues when it flying form 209 Shaheen Corps airfield to Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi airfield in Hairatan area, Mazar, province capital.

The Ministry of National Defense leadership has been affected by this incident, asking Allah the Paradise for the martyrs and sympathizing with remnants of the martyrs.
