67 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul-Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 9 joint offensive & clearance operations, and conducted 73 Commandos, Special Forces operations in different parts of the country, in order to remove security threats, destroying the enemy’s sanctuaries and ensure better security to the people of Afghanistan, Afghan Air Forces conducted 149 flights and carried out 13 airstrikes on enemies’ positions in support of these operations. As a result, 67 Insurgents were killed, 29 were wounded and 11 were detained.

These operations were conducted in the 6 provinces

Ghazni- 19 insurgents were killed, 7 were wounded and 2 motorbikes were destroyed in airstrikes & clearing operation in Waghaz, Muqur, Gelan districts and Shabaz & Isfandi areas of capital.

Uruzgan- 17 insurgents were killed, 11 were wounded, 7 were arrested and 3 motorbikes were destroyed in ANA Commandos clearing operation with support of Air Forces in Char chino district.

Kunduz- 9 insurgents were killed, 6 were wounded and 4 fighting positions were destroyed in ANA Commandos clearing operation & airstrikes in vicinities of capital.

Badghis- 8 insurgents were killed and 2 motorbikes were destroyed in an airstrike in Bala Murghab district.

Wardak- 6 insurgents were killed in response attacks in Nirkh district.

Takhar- 5 insurgents were killed, 4 were wounded and 1 motorbike was destroyed in an airstrike in Ishkamish district.

Logar- 3 insurgents were killed, 1 wounded, 4 were detained, 1 motorbike was destroyed and amount of weapons & ammunition were seized in ANA Commandos clearing operation and airstrikes in Chuni, Pad-e Khab Shana and Dabar Aliya Pahyeen areas of capital.
