37 Taliban terrorists were killed in Kandahar province

Afghan National Defense and Security Forces with support from the Afghan Air Forces targeted Taliban terrorists in Arghandab and Zherai districts of Kandahar province, yesterday. 

37 Taliban terrorists were killed, 28 wounded, moreover, 90 motorbikes were seized and a large number of their weapons and ammunition were destroyed during the ANDSF operation and AAF airstrikes.

Additionally, ANDSF cleared off the village of “Tabeen” in Arghandab district from Taliban and meanwhile,  3 bridges which were destroyed by Taliban terrorists in the areas were reconstructed and opened to public by Afghan National Army.

Similarly, 76 IEDs which were placed by Taliban on public roads, were discovered and defused by Afghan National Army.
