43 Insurgents Were Killed! 

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 15 joint offensive & pre planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 18 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 11 provinces of the country, as a result, 43 Insurgents were killed and 16 were wounded.

Zabul- 16 insurgents were killed, 4 including 2 Taliban local commanders each Musa Zai and Nangailia were wounded in airstrikes and clearing operation in Shah Joy district. 

Ghazni- 13 insurgents were killed, 4 were wounded and 2 motorbikes were destroyed in airstrikes in Dehyak, Muqur and Ab-Band districts.

Balkh- 6 insurgents were killed and 6 were wounded in an airstrike in Dawlat Abad district.

Paktikah- 5 insurgents were killed in airstrikes in Argon district.

Helmand- 3 insurgents were killed, 2 were wounded, 6 fighting positions, 12 machicolations, 80 m ditches were destroyed and 5 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in an airstrike & clearing operation in Nahar Saraj and Sangin districts.

Uruzgan- one IED making factory was destroyed in an airstrike in Sinna village of provincial capital.
