43 Insurgents Were Killed!

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 12 joint offensive & pre planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 6 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 12 provinces of the country, as a result, 43 Insurgents including 6 ISIS fighters were killed, 13 were wounded and 3 were detained.

Ghazni- 14 insurgents were killed, 4 were wounded, 3 were arrested, 14 motorbikes, 1 vehicle and 2 depots of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in clearing operation & airstrikes in Dehyak, Ab-Band and Giro districts.

Kunduz- 10 insurgents were killed in clearing operation in vicinities of Dasht-e Archi district.

Helmand- 6 insurgents were killed and 3 were wounded in an airstrike carried by Resolute Support & joint special operation in Nahar Saraj, Nad Ali and Washir districts.   

Nangarhar- 6 ISIS insurgents were killed in airstrikes in Sulaiman Khel village, Pachir WA gam district.

Sir-e Pol- 4 insurgents were killed and 6 were wounded in clearing operation in province capital.

Uruzgan- 3 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in the west of Trenkut district.
