103 Insurgents Were Killed!

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 22 joint offensive & pre planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 28 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 11 provinces of the country, as a result, 103 Insurgents were killed and 60 were wounded.

Ghazni- 23 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded, 1 depot of weapon & ammunition and 4 motorbikes were destroyed in airstrikes, clearing operation and response attacks in Khogyani, Giro, Andar, Dehyak Qarabagh districts and province capital.

Herat- 14 insurgents were killed and 22 were wounded in airstrikes and response attacks in Zahwal & Shindan district.

Zabul- 12 insurgents were killed and 7 were wounded in airstrikes and response attacks in Mizan district.

Takhar- 12 insurgents were killed and 1 vehicle was destroyed in airstrikes in Baharak district.

Helmand- 8 insurgents were killed, 4 were wounded and 1 motorbike was destroyed in airstrikes and response attacks in Washir, Garmsir & Kajaki districts.

Kapisa- 8 insurgents were killed and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in airstrikes & response attacks in Nijrab and Tagab districts.

Balkh- 6 insurgents were killed and 12 were wounded in airstrikes in Nahar Shahi district.

Kunar- 5 insurgents were killed, 10 were wounded and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in artillery attacks in Asmar & Dangam district.

Jowzjan- 3 insurgents were killed, 3 vehicles and 2 motorbikes were destroyed in airstrikes in Darzab district.

Badghis- 2 insurgents were killed and 2 were wounded in response attacks in Bala Murghab district.

Wardak- one insurgent was killed in Sayed Abad district.
