96 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul-Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 9 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations, conducted 74 Commandos Special operations and Afghan Air Forces carried out 16 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, destroying the enemy’s sanctuaries, these operations were conducted in 9 provinces of the country.

As a result, 96 insurgents were killed, 42 were wounded and 15 prisoners were released from Taliban prison. 

Ghazni- 16 insurgents were killed and 7 were wounded in airstrikes in Dehyak, Qarabagh districts and capital. 

Takhar- 16 insurgents were killed and 6 were wounded in airstrikes in Ishkamish district.

Faryab- 13 insurgents were killed and 2 were wounded in airstrikes in Ghormach district.

Zabul- 11 insurgents were killed, 21 were wounded and amount of weapons & ammunition were seized in artillery attacks & clearing operation in province capital.

Farah- 11 insurgents including 2 Enemy’s group leaders were killed, 4 were wounded, 1 vehicle and 1 motorbike were destroyed in airstrikes & Commandos Forces operation in Poshtrod district. 

Helmand- 7 insurgents were killed, 2 were wounded and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in clearing operation & airstrikes in Grishk. Nahar Saraj district and capital. 

Uruzgan- 7 insurgents were killed in airstrikes in Deh Rahwod district.

Wardak- 6 insurgents were killed and 1 vehicle was destroyed in airstrikes in Sayed Abad district.

Ghor- 3 insurgents were killed and 2 motorbikes were destroyed in airstrikes in Sharak district.

Kandahar- 2 insurgents were killed, 11 mobile (smart phone), 4 ID-Tazkeras, 1 passport were confiscated and 1 motorbike was destroyed in Special Forces operation in Arghistan district. 

Kunduz- 2 insurgents were killed. 1 wounded, 4 fighting positions were destroyed and 15 prisoners were released from Taliban prison.

Laghman- one insurgent was killed, 1 wounded, amount of weapon & ammunition and 1 motorbike were destroyed in an airstrike in Qarghayi district. 

Paktikah- one insurgent was killed in an airstrike in Barmal district.
