ANDSF conducted a targeted operation in Balkh province

Afghan National Army conducted an operation in Balkh district of Balkh province, today. 

5 Taliban terrorists were killed, 7 wounded and Till now vast areas were cleared off from Taliban during the operation. 

Additionally, 1 vehicle, 4 motorbikes, 1 weapon,   binocular, 1 Dshk, 200 Shells of Dshk gun, 5 magazine, 200kg explosives and etc were seized and 6 IEDs which were placed by Taliban on public roads in the district, were discovered and defused by Afghan National Army. 

The operation will continue until the district is completely cleared of the enemy.
