Wide areas in Nad Ali and Nawa districts of Helmand province were cleared from the Taliban presence!

Afghan National Defense and Security Forces have cleared Chah-anjir area in Nad Ali district and tens of other villages in Nawa district of Helmand Province. from the Taliban presence.

During the operation, more than 100 Talib insurgents were killed and wounded and a large amount of their weapons and ammunition were seized.

ANDSF efforts for providing better security for Helmand residents are continuing.
