71 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 20 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 14 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 17 provinces of the country, as a result, 71 Insurgents were killed and 10 were wounded.

Ghor- 41 insurgents were killed, amount of weapons & ammunition were seized and large areas cleared from enemy in ANA clearing operation with support of Air Forces in Dawlat Yar district.

Ghazni- 11 insurgents were killed and 7 were wounded in response attacks and an airstrike in Muqur district & province capital.

Farah- 5 insurgents were killed, 1 wounded and 2 fighting positions were destroyed in an airstrike carried by Air Forces in Qala Kah district.

Herat- 5 insurgents were killed and 2 vehicles were destroyed in airstrikes carried by Air Forces in Zenda Jan and Ghoryain districts.

Laghman- 4 insurgents were killed in an airstrike carried by Air Forces in Alishing district.

Zabul- 3 insurgents were killed and 2 were wounded in airstrikes carried by Air Forces in Arghandab district.

Kunduz- 2 insurgents were killed in an airstrike carried by Air Forces in Char Dara district.
