46 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 19 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 19 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 14 provinces of the country, as a result, 46 Insurgents were killed, 21 were wounded and 3 suspects were detained.

Ghazni- 16 insurgents were killed, 8 were wounded, 2 vehicles and 1 repeater device were destroyed in airstrikes & response attacks in Andar, Dehyak Muqur, Zan-Khan districts and province capital.

Zabul- 8 insurgents were killed, 10 were wounded, 1 motorbike and amount of weapons & munitions were destroyed in an airstrikes and response attacks in Arghandab district & province capital.

Wardak- 7 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Sayed Abad district.

Farah- 5 insurgents were killed and 1 suspect was arrested in Commando Forces clearing operation with support of Air Forces in Kahrez of the Barakzai village, province capital.

Helmand- 4 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Washir and Marja districts.

Parwan- 2 insurgents were killed and 3 were wounded in response attacks in Qam-e Chahq village, Siyagard district.

Faryab- 2 insurgents were killed and 1 motorbike was destroyed in an airstrike in Almar district.

Uruzgan- 2 insurgents were killed in IED blast in Khanaqa area, province capital.

Logar- 2 suspects were arrested, amount of weapons & ammunition, 5 military uniforms, 9 mobile phone, 1 guide book of IED making, 3 attraction and recruitment booklets, some advertising documents of Taliban red unit were seized and 3 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in Joint Special Operation in Charkh district.
