20 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 17 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 3 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 14 provinces of the country, as a result, 20 Insurgents were killed, 16 were wounded and 3 were detained.

Farah- 11 insurgents were killed, 9 were wounded and 1 vehicle was destroyed in airstrikes in Qala-I-Kah and Gulistan districts.

Ghazni- 4 insurgents were killed and 5 were wounded in response attacks in province capital. 

Kunduz- 3 insurgents were killed, 2 were wounded and 2 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in clearing operation & artillery attacks in Taluka area, Province capital.

Herat- one insurgent was killed, 3 were arrested, 1 vehicle and 1 motorbike were seized in Joint Special operation and an airstrike in Ghoryain & Zahwal districts.

Nangarhar- one insurgent was killed in an airstrike in Achin district.
