62 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 15 joint offensive & pre planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 13 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 13 provinces of the country, as a result, 62 Insurgents including Khalil a Taliban group leader were killed, 30 were wounded and 4 were detained.

Zabul- 11 insurgents were killed and 3 were wounded in airstrikes & Commando Forces clearing operation in Shah Joy district.

Logar- 10 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded, 4 were arrested, 16 mobile, 300000 Afghani, 1 photo camera, 5 passports, some advertising documents from Taliban terrorists were seized, 2 vehicles packed with explosives, 7 motorbikes and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in airstrikes, joint special operation & clearing operation in Baraki Barak and Charkh districts. 

Ghazni- 9 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded, 1 vehicle and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in airstrikes in Dehyak, Muqur, Qarabagh Gelan and Khwaja Omari districts.

Badakhshan- 8 insurgents were killed and 12 were wounded in joint special operation and response attacks in Wurduj district.

Kandahar- 8 insurgents including Khalil a Taliban group leader were killed in joint special operation in Maiwand district.

Wardak- 8 insurgents were killed and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in an airstrike in Nirkh district.

Kunduz- 2 insurgents were killed and 4 were wounded in response attacks in Dasht-e Archi district.

Helmand- 2 insurgents were killed, 2 hideouts were destroyed and 5 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in clearing operation in vicinities of the Lashkargah. 

Paktikah- 2 insurgents were killed in response attacks in Waza Khwah district.

Nangarhar- 2 insurgents were killed in airstrikes in Deh Bala and Pachir WA gam district. 

Paktia- one vehicle filled with explosive was destroyed in an airstrike in Sayed Karam district.
