102 Insurgents Were Killed!

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 15 joint offensive & pre planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 9 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 9 provinces of the country, as a result, 102 Insurgents including 9 ISIS fighters were killed and 76 were wounded.

Kunduz-Takhar- 42 insurgents were killed and 47 were wounded in clearing operation and airstrikes in number one highways.

Ghazni- 26 insurgents were killed, 6 were wounded, 1 vehicle (Ranger) of enemy, 3 motorbikes, 1 hideout and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in Commandos Special Operation, airstrikes & artillery attacks in Dehyak, Jaghatu and Andar districts.

Wardak- 13 insurgents were killed, 13 were wounded and 18 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in Commandos Special Operation in vicinities of province capital.

Nangarhar- 9 ISIS insurgents were killed, 2 rounds of IED were discovered & defused and 1 depot of enemy were destroyed in joint special operation and airstrikes in Achin district.

Faryab- 5 insurgents were killed and 1 vehicle was destroyed in airstrikes in Dawlat Abad district.

Kapisa- 3 insurgents were killed and 3 were wounded in response attacks in Nijrab district. 

Helmand- 3 insurgents were killed and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in airstrikes in Nawa and Nahar Saraj districts.

Uruzgan- one insurgent was killed and 5 were wounded in response attacks in Guizab district.
