83 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 9 joint offensive & pre planned clearance operations, conducted 76 Commandos special operations and Afghan Air Forces carried out 28 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, destroying the enemy’s sanctuaries and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 9 provinces of the country.

As a result, 83 Insurgents including 17 ISIS fighters were killed and 32 were wounded.

Kunar- 17 ISIS terrorists were killed and 5 hideouts were destroyed in an airstrike in Chapa Dara, Soukaya and Noor Gul districts.

Ghazni- 13 insurgents were killed, 16 were wounded and 2 motorbikes were destroyed in an airstrike in Dehyak, Khwaja Omari and province capital.

Faryab- 12 insurgents were killed and 9 were wounded in ANA Commandos Forces clearing operation in in Gurziwan district.

Helmand- 12 insurgents were killed, 4 were wounded, 1 hideout, 3 motorbikes were destroyed, amount of weapons & ammunition were seized and 9 rounds of IED were discovered & defused in an airstrike & clearing operation in Nahar Saraj and Grishk districts. 

Badakhshan- 12 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Jurm district.

Uruzgan- 8 insurgents were killed and 1 hideout was destroyed in an airstrike in Shaid Ihsas district.

Zabul- 4 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded and amount of weapons & ammunition were seized in response attacks and airstrikes in Shah Joy & Arghandab districts.

Farah– 3 insurgents were killed in ANA Commandos clearing operation in Balabulok district.

Herat- 2 insurgents were killed and amount of weapon & ammunition were seized in ANA Commandos clearing operation in Adar Iskan districts.
