In accordance with the directives of the IEA leadership, and with the purpose of enhancing affairs and overseeing activities, Mawlawi Abdul Qayum “Rohani”, former governor of Khost province, has been selected as the new commander of the 203 Mansoori Corps, officially introduced to the Corps personnel today by Qari Mohammad Fasihuddin “Fitrat”, the country’s Chief Staff of the Armed Forces.

The Chief Staff of the Armed Forces congratulated the newly appointed commander and wished him success in carrying out his responsibilities. He commended the efforts and achievements of the former commander and emphasized that, within the Islamic regime, the change and transformation of officials is an established principle, and its implementation is a collective duty.

Additionally, the freshly appointed commander, Mawlawi Abdul Qayum “Rohani”, expressed his gratitude to the leadership and pledged to continue serving with excellence.
