According to intelligence reports from the Reconnaissance and Counter-Intelligence Department of the 205 Al-Badr Army Corps, its personnel successfully intercepted and seized a cache of weapons and ammunition that was being transported by vehicle along the Kandahar–Spin Boldak highway.

Among the seized items were M4 rifles, Kalashnikovs, pistols, grenades, 2,868 rounds of various bullets, five night-vision scopes, seven M4 scopes, one mine-detector, 34 magazines for multiple weapons, and 731 diverse weapon components.

In connection with the case, two individuals have been arrested and will be transferred to judicial authorities upon the completion of the investigation.
