The Ministry of National Defense leadership proudly expressed its appreciation for the Ministry’s Air Force personnel, medical staff of the Sardar Mohammad Dawood Khan 400-Bed Hospital, personnel of 201 Khalid Ibn Walid Corps, Ministry of National Defense press team, and other rescue teams who demonstrated courage in assisting and rescuing earthquake victims in the eastern region of the country.

National Defense Minister, honorable Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob “Mujahid,” praised the unforgettable efforts and sacrifices of these teams, stating: “I extend my special gratitude to all personnel. The courage you displayed during this event, by the will of Almighty Allah, is beyond words. May Allah be pleased with you. I assured our people that our Air and Ground Forces remain at their service and will stand by them under any circumstances. I also appreciate the support of the Islamic Emirate agencies and the country’s traders, who promptly assisted our citizens during these challenging times.”

Last night, these teams, assembled at the invitation of the leadership of the Ministry of National Defense, were each personally presented with certificates of appreciation by the honorable Minister of National Defense, Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob “Mujahid,” and were further esteemed with material rewards.
