12 Taliban were killed in AAF airstrikes in Kandahar

Afghan Air Forces conducted airstrikes and targeted Taliban terrorists in vicinity of Panjwae district of Kandahar province, yesterday. 

12 Taliban were killed, 4 wounded, 1 vehicle and a large number of their weapons and ammunition were destroyed as a result of AAF airstrikes. 

Additionally, 280 IEDs which were placed by Taliban on public roads to kill the innocent civilians and security forces in vicinity of Arghandab district, were discovered and defused by Afghan National Army.
