25 insurgents were killed in different parts of the country Kabul, Afghanistan: In the past 24 hours, , Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 6 clearing operation and carried out 23 Special Forces tasks in different parts of the country in order to remove security threats and ensure security. Afghan Air Forces also conducted 46 flights supporting Afghan National Army and carried out 5 airstrikes on enemies’ positions. As a result, 25 insurgents were killed, 5 were wounded and 11 others were arrested. These operations were conducted by the Afghan National Army Forces and with the support of Air forces in Laghman, Paktika, Paktia, Logar, Badghis, Ghor, Balkh, Baghlan, Kundoz and Helmand provinces. In these operations, 12 insurgents were killed and 4 motorbikes were destroyed in Balamurghab district of Badghis. 8 insurgents were killed, 8 were arrested, 3 IEDs, 2 mortar rounds and some other rounds of ammunition destroyed in Chahardara district of Kundoz. Similarly, 3 insurgents were killed and 5 others were wounded in Chaharsada district of Ghor. 3 insurgents were killed, 3 were arrested, 8 mobile phones, 10 national ID cards , one driving license and some other documents belong to enemies were seized. Unfortunately, 4 Afghan National Army personnel were martyred and 10 others were wounded during these operations.
