32 Insurgents Were Killed!

Kabul-Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 10 joint offensive & clearance operations, and conducted 74 Commandos, Special Forces operations in different parts of the country, in order to remove security threats, destroying the enemy’s sanctuaries and ensure better security to the people of Afghanistan, Afghan Air Forces conducted 125 flights and carried out 24 airstrikes on enemies’ positions in support of these operations. As a result, 32 Insurgents were killed, 30 were wounded and 4 were detained.

These operations were conducted in 10 provinces of the country.

Balkh- 17 insurgents were killed and 20 were wounded in airstrikes in Dawlat Abad district.

Ghazni– 10 insurgents were killed and 7 were wounded in airstrikes & response attacks in Dehyak, Gelan and Nawa districts.

Uruzgan- 2 insurgents were killed and 1 motorbike was destroyed in an airstrike in Char Chino district.

Zabul- 2 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Arghandab district.

Helmand- one insurgent was killed and another was wounded in an airstrike in Washir district.

Logar- 4 insurgents were arrested, 13 mobiles (smart phones), 2 computers and 2 passports were seized in ANA Commandos Special Forces operation in Charkh district. 

Kunar- 2 insurgents were wounded in response attack in Nahari district.
