Taliban suffered heavy casualties in Kandahar province!

Afghan National Defense and Security Forces acting based on their active defense posture, conducted preemptive operations and inflicted heavy casualties to Taliban insurgents in Zheria and Arghandab district of Kandahar province, yesterday.
33 Taliban were killed and 10 others were wounded during the preemptive operations of Afghan National Army.
They were planning to attack Afghan forces, when they were targeted by ANA.
Additionally, 10 motorbikes were seized, 1 stronghold, 3 radios, 2 vehicles with a large number of their weapons & ammunition were destroyed.
Similarly, 47 IEDs which were placed by Taliban on public roads to kill the civilian people in the both districts, were discovered and defused by Afghan National Army.
