40 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul-Afghanistan- In the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces conducted 13 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 14 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 12 provinces of the country, as a result, 40 Insurgents were killed, 7 were wounded and 3 suspects were arrested.

Herat-Ghor- 10 insurgents were killed in clearing operation conducted by ANA in Herat-Kabul Number 02, highways.

Helmand- 7 insurgents were killed, 2 wounded, 3 motorbikes, 5 hideouts and 3 tunnels were destroyed in ANA clearing operation and airstrikes carried by Afghan Air Forces in Nahar Saraj, Washir and Grishk districts.

Balkh- 7 insurgents were killed, 1 wounded, and 1 narcotics drugs facility with 200 kg hashish was destroyed in Joint Special Operation conducted by ANDSF and an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Shortepa and Chamtal districts.

Kunduz- 3 insurgents were killed, 2 wounded, 1 vehicle and 1 hideout was destroyed in airstrikes carried by Afghan Air Forces in Dasht- Archi district.

Laghman- 3 insurgents were killed and 2 others wounded in ANDSF retaliatory attack in Alishing District.

Herat- 3 insurgents were killed in ANDSF Joint Special Operation in Oba district.

Uruzgan- 2 insurgents were killed in clearing operation conducted by ANA in Camp Hadeera and Khanaqa village of the province capital. 

Jowzjan- 2 insurgents were killed in an airstrike carried by Afghan Air Forces in Khanaqa district.

Farah- one insurgent was killed and 3 suspects were arrested in ANDSF Joint Special Operation with support of Air Forces in province capital.

Paktikah- one insurgent was killed in ANDSF retaliatory attack in Argon district.
