27 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul-Afghanistan- In the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 14 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 13 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 11 provinces of the country, as a result, 27 Insurgents were killed and 14 other were wounded.

Herat- 16 insurgents including Sahib Khan a Taliban local commander were killed, 5 were wounded and large areas were cleared from enemy presence in clearing operation conducted by ANDSF with support of Air Forces and response attacks in Chishti-Sharif district.

Helmand- 6 insurgents were killed in airstrikes carried by Air Forces in Garmsir and Nahar Saraj districts.

Kunduz- 3 insurgents were killed and 8 were wounded in an airstrike carried by Air Forces and IED explosion that planted by enemy in Khan Abad district and Aqtash-Khan Abad highways.

Samangan- 2 insurgents were killed and another was wounded in clearing operation conducted by Commando Forces in Dara-I-Suf district.
